It's only two weeks now until our No Time to Bake class with the beautiful Anneka Manning of Bake Club. Anneka is coming to Orange, or rather our Farm Kitchen to teach this morning baking session and I can't wait. Actually in the process of checking the details for this post I found myself lost in her recipe files and really just want to drop everything and make this banana cake. Anyway...
No time to Bake, Tuesday November 19 (10-12.30am, $90pp)
Hosted by Anneka Manning, author of Bake, Eat, Love, and moi, this
21/2 hour demonstration-style class, will introduce you to a collection
of delicious no-fuss, one-bowl mixes that require only basic equipment,
store-cupboard ingredients and less than 15 minutes to get them into
the oven (yes!). It will be interactive, hands on and loads of fun.
From Quick-Mix Almond Shortbread to Chilli &
Cheddar Cornbread and an Orange Cake in a 'Food Processor' you will
leave the class with an invaluable collection of recipes that will
ensure you are ready and able to bake for any occasion – even when you don't have time to bake!
Morning tea, recipe and information kits and a
take-home goodie box with samples of the recipes you will learn to bake
